What are your thoughts on exercise and diet changes? Does limiting exercise that makes you happy really help? Does changing your diet drastically make that much of a difference? Just wanted your two cents.
Please remember, I'm not an expert, just someone who has suffered from infertility for over 11 years and wants to help make your journey a smooth one.
That said, I would never limit exercise unless it was doctor's orders, especially if it makes you feel happy!
And I just don't know enough about diet to know if changing it drastically will make a difference. Of course if your diet consists of candy bars and diet soda, I can see where a drastic change might result in a drastic difference. Just be smart about what you eat.
I always try to eat as healthy as possible, though I do suffer from PCOS, which makes weight loss nearly impossible. I do stay away from caffeine and nitrates, try to limit starches and I exercise (on a treadmill) whenever possible. I do lose weight when I am pregnant, and I understand from my RE that that's common because we are much more conscious about what we are putting in our mouth when we are pregnant.
